Why wasn't my container wasn't picked up?
Containers must be out by 5:00 AM on service days, must have at least 5 feet of clearance around it, and must have the lid closed to avoid spillage. Your container may also have been tagged, if so, the tag should clarify the reason for non-collection.
What do I do if my container is broken or is lost/stolen?

Do you take items that are too large to fit in my container?
Depending on your location, we provide Bulky Item collection service which includes furniture, appliances, etc. Call our office for more details at 661-763-5135
Why do I need to space my carts 5 ft. apart?
We use automated trucks that utilize a hydraulic tipping arm. These arms increase our efficiency by allowing our drivers to remain in their trucks as they dump carts. To prevent damage to our truck, other vehicles, fences, walls, or other items we ask for at least 3 ft. of clearance so we can easily access your carts.
What can I do to prevent odors from my Organics container?
Try keeping your cart in a cool dry place and mixing the wet materials (food waste and grass clippings) with dry materials (leaves, paper, and straw). Consider keeping your food scraps in the freezer and putting the leftovers in your cart the night before your collection night.
I have a large cardboard box, what should I do with it?
Please break down the box as best as you can to maximize the space you have in your recycling container.
How do the holidays affect my service?
Service will NOT be provided on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. If your collection day falls on one of the observed holidays listed above, service will be delayed one day that week. For example: If the holiday falls on a Monday, service will resume on Tuesday.
